Quality Life Psychology

Glad to welcome you! Here you can slow down, get your bearings and choose the topic that is closest to you right now
Psychological and psychotherapeutic materials for living with more support
I write about self-support, relationships, crises, recovery from trauma, emigration, burnout, the body as our powerful support, as well as neurodifferences and DIRFloortime®. You can start not with the menu, but with the topic that is closest to you now.
The materials on the site can be read at your own pace: as support, guidance and an invitation to take more care of yourself.

Author of the project
Alena Akulova
Practicing psychologist with specializations in psychotherapy: body-oriented therapist, trauma therapist, accredited gestalt therapist, supervisor and trainer (I train specialists). I have been working with clients since 2005. In my work I combine both the integration of various psychological and psychotherapeutic approaches, and (on request) methods of working with neurodifferences in adults and children.
The focus of the project is quality of life: how to become more resilient, livelier, more kind to yourself and freer from debilitating scenarios.
